All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by Year of the Flood. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.   

Pricing
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped within applicable jurisdictions.

Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including orders for which payment has already been processed.
In the event of an order cancellation, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.

Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions or images are completely error-free.
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors and screen settings.

Damaged Products
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the product for any damages.
If the Product is damaged, you must make a claim with us within twenty four (24) hours of the delivery date. To make a claim, please contact YOTFjewels@gmail.com.

Returns
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the case of damaged products as outlined in Section 6.

Repairs
Repairs are subject to a fee. Fees will be determined based on the extent of the repair and the nature of the damage.
