This exquisite 18 karat yellow gold cuff bracelet features long tapered blue sapphires and pave round brilliant diamonds forming two meeting hearts. The design is enhanced by rows of baguette sapphires and pave diamonds, while ribbed, high-polished gold finishes the back. The inside of the cuff measures 2 1/4" featuring an openwork geometric cage; expandable tension for easy wear and a secure fit.
